One-Year Urban Education Fellowship

The Great Oaks Tutor Corps is a fellowship that matches recent college graduates with 5 middle school students at a startup charter school in Newark, New Jersey. Tutor Corps members provide students intensive daily tutoring and build relationships with students and their families to prepare students for college success.

Great Oaks is recruiting for the 2012-13 school year. Corps members are provided housing in Newark and a living allowance and commit to one year of service. More information is available at http://greatoakscharter.org/tutor-corps/about-the-corps/.
