NYU Research Data Associate Position
Center for Healthful Behavior Change, NYU
Seeking a research data associate to provide support for two large community-based research studies testing interventions to improve blood pressure and increase colorectal cancer screening rates among men of African descent.
Duties include entry of study data into relevant databases within 48 hours of receipt, tracking participant files and data entry progress, have thorough knowledge of research methods and study rationales. Assist with administrative duties for the study such as filing, copying, faxing, document preparation, among others.

Volunteer Research Assistant Position
NYU/Bellevue Occupational & Environmental Medicine
For students interested in careers in healthcare administration, medicine, psychology, and/or clinical research:
Seeking research assistants to assist in projects involving studies of World Trade Center health effects. We are looking for highly responsible and organized students. The individual would be responsible for assisting in case management and data management in ongoing federally funded research studies. These positions are unpaid, but will provide interested candidates with a unique opportunity to work with a unique health care population involving medical components, mental health components, social work components in addition to clinical research components. Knowledge of SPSS is a plus. Details of each available position will be provide at an intensive interview with program director and program staff.
