Come get advice about applying to medical school from a panel of doctors who serve the Korean American community! Panelists will include MDs, DOs, and oversees medical graudate. Q/A to follow...

AKAM is an organization made up of all 1.5 or 2nd generation Korean American physicians who graduated from a US medical school.  AKAM  believes that Korean students face different pressures when applying to medical school than other minorities and has been holding an annual seminar for the past five years to provide real world advice for students that are interested.

2012 ADEA Dental School Virtual Fair

The American Dental Education Association is pleased to announce the 2012 ADEA Dental School Virtual Fair.  This online recruitment fair will bring approximately 50 dental school representatives to one online location for two live days.  On June 26th and 27th, attendees to the fair can chat one-on-one with dental school admissions officers, network with other predental students, and listen to presentations on dental school admissions and student life. 

Students of all ages, school counselors and advisors, and others interested in dental education are welcome to attend.  This event is free to all attendees!!

Javits Visiting Professor and Global Distinguished Professor of Politics and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at New York University and the former Foreign Minister of Mexico (2000 to 2003). Dr. Castañeda is a renowned public intellectual, political scientist, and prolific writer.
